Arnaud Palatan
Arnaud grew up int he south of France and at the age of 22 moved to Los Angeles and started working in some of the finest restaurants. A few years later, he opened Pastis Restaurant, which he sold in 2007. At that time, Arnaud moved to the Wilshire Vista neighborhood. Realizing there were no good places to eat, he decided to open a cafe focused on using regional and organic ingredients - making high quality meals at a good value. Jean Louis and Arnaud partnered in this venture to create Bloom Cafe. Bloom is a neighborhood cafe dedicated to our community.
